Tacked information can consist of any alleged, vulnerable person exploitation, abuse or negligence matter. Published information can consist of any alleged or publicly documented; adjudicated white collar civil abuse, exploitation, negligence, corruption matter, collusion or criminal event if you feel it is newsworthy, in the interest of public safety and your right as a citizen to warn other potential victims.

1. Double click Blue Tack in the Pacific Ocean by California to add your own Tack, information and witness accounts/evidence,
2. Once secondary tack appears by ocean tack you had clicked, a dialog box will appear,
3. type your information into this dialog box (see suggestion below) hit submit button.
4. Now drag your tack and zoom in to map region to place you tack at the approximate city or general region of where the vulnerable person incident event(s) or any white-collar crime/corruption event occurred, then allow 24 hours for processing.

Once you have added your information, click the submit bottom close the box and drag the tack to the approximate location were the event occurred. Note be sure not to use your browsers windows side scroll function since this will cause your tacks data entry box to disappear on some devices. Zoom in as necessary to position your tack. Exact coordinates and addresses are not required. Your submission can be either anonymous by using an alias name and email or you can use your real name. As a loose, but widespread affiliation of advocates, we strive to educate the public on the growing threats to the safety of all Americans particularly vulnerable persons. As an example; the intertwined proliferation of intentional elder exploitation and professional negligence; defined as malpractice in by various professional ethic guidelines, state statutes and federal acts does affect each American taxpayer in one form or another, just as corruption, collusion or violence also has a damaging effect on every citizen in the country. The research in this website and supporting nonprofit affiliate websites makes that distinction clear. As an specific example; professional malpractice is defined by the failure to follow the ethical codes of various professions, State laws and Federal Statutes. Malpractice is characterized by incompetence or intentional fraud that causes physical, mental or financial damages to the vulnerable person's by those professional's entrusted with their vulnerable clients care, health, safety, well-being or retained for legal or financial services. Those liable for malpractice; either legal or medical and professional exploitation offences can include, but are not limited to: estate planning attorneys,  guardians, conservators, primary care physicians,  clinical psychologists, licensed and non-licensed in-home care providers, family members, friends,  specialist physicians, healthcare facilities, surgeons, hospitals, assisted living facilities, licensed social worker evaluators, law enforcement, accountants, healthcare and home health facility administrators, and patient advocates. This list includes  all mandatory reporters whom inadvertently or knowingly decline to report abuse or assist in the cover up of abuse, negligence or exploitation of vulnerable persons.  If the financial, physical, and metal abuse (isolation) is organized among one or more persons for the specific purpose of exploitation, then additional felony offences such as collusion, aiding and abetting and related organized criminal offences apply to all participants involved with the perpetration or covering the in-concert fraudulent conduct.
